For cooling system, It is also important point for reduce the injection time. Rongdu pay highly attention on cooling system, for example using beryllium copper(BeCu), this material is easier for cool down. And Rongdu invested for High Precision Tooling Center. The higher precision tooling technology, it realizes that the water runner is closer to crate surface. For those methods, Rongdu Mould could reduce the injection time for crate mould, in order to make higher productive for customer.
