Can you make customized products?

Yes, we mainly make customized products. We develop and produce products based on drawings or samples provided by customers.
Are you producing standard parts?

Yes, We have. The screws, thimble, ring, cylinder have standard parts, but special production can also be carried out according to the different requirements of customers.
What is the production capacity of your company?

We have our own production flow from the procurement of steel preparations to five-axis milling machine, CNC tooling machine, lathe machine, fine carving machine, electric discharging machine, graphiting machine, slow wiring machine, wire cutting machine, etc., and then to mold installation.
How many employees does your company have, and how many technicians are there?

The company currently employs more than 200 workshop technicians and more than 10 engineers.
How does your company guarantee product quality?

First of all, we will have corresponding inspections after each process. For the final product, we will do 100% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards;
Then, we have advanced and complete top inspection equipment in the industry: spectrum analyzer, metallographic microscope, universal tensile testing machine, low temperature impact testing machine, X-ray flaw detector, magnetic particle flaw detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, three-coordinate measuring instrument, Image measuring instrument, etc. The above-mentioned equipment can fully guarantee to provide customers with high-precision final casting products, and at the same time can ensure that customers can meet all-round testing requirements of materials, such as physical and chemical properties, non-destructive testing, and high-precision geometric size testing.
What is the payment method?

When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, we generally adopt the FOB method. We usually pay 50% of the advance payment first, and then pay the balance before shipping. The payment method is T/T.
How to deliver goods to customers?

Usually we ship by sea, because we are in Ningbo, and we are only 180 kilometers away from Ningbo Port, so it is very convenient to export by sea. Of course, if the customer’s cargo is urgent, we can also transport it by air. Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.
Where are your goods mainly exported to?

Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries including the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, Britain, South Korea, Australia, Canada and so on.
